Shruti established Nishta Legal in 2016 to deliver results-oriented legal solutions for a globalising economy. Her practice is defined by two core roles:
- Bankable Project Solicitor (India): Partnering with developers and top-tier law firms to bring utility-scale renewable energy projects to life. Her track record includes directing the legal lifecycle of 150+ MW solar portfolios and facilitating international debt facilities.
- Specialist Consultant (International): Guiding MNCs and high-growth tech firms through the intricacies of market entry, cross-border SaaS licensing, and the evolving 2025 GDPR landscape.

Amit Kiran is a corporate and commercial lawyer with 10+ years of experience, specialising in technology and employment law and has worked at Ikigai Law, Dunzo, Poovayya & Co., and JSA. He is an experienced contract professional, having negotiated multi-million dollar cross-border and domestic investments and acquisitions.
Previously, he served as in-house counsel, where he was responsible for long-term organisational structuring, development, and strategy. His work experience includes managing contract lifecycle processes, advising on corporate structuring and emerging business verticals, overseeing compliance projects, and establishing SOPs for various workplace matters. He has significant experience in high-value investment negotiations, due diligence investigations, and advising on employment structuring and terminations.
Amit has also advised on data privacy, DPDPA, GDPR, and intermediary liability for a range of industries and has a CIPP/E certification.
